Rahul Malhotra is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at XLMYMIND Learning. He is responsible to ensure seamless business operations at the firm as well as co-manage the strategy development and execution.

Rahul brings 20 years of global transformation experience working in financial services and consulting firms. He is a Chartered accountant by qualification.

Rachit Mathur is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at XLMYMIND Learning. He is responsible for ensuring seamless implementation of operational strategies, using emerging technology for the XLMYMIND platform.

Rachit brings 15+ years of experience across technology, operations and strategy execution. He graduated with an MBA from one of the premier business schools in the world, Kellogg School of Management.
